Things people ask while we cut.
When will my order be ready?
Orders placed before 13:00 are cut and wrapped the same afternoon, from 17:00. Later orders are ready the next morning. We text you when it is on the counter.
Do you deliver?
Inside Russafa, on Fridays between 17:00 and 20:00, €3.50 (free over €40). Everywhere else: come and see us, it is a nice walk.
Can I pay at the counter?
Yes. The online checkout is a demo anyway — Vitorino is a fictional shop built as a portfolio piece, nothing is charged.
How long does hand-cut ham keep?
Vacuum-packed, a week in the fridge. Open the bag twenty minutes before eating so the fat wakes up. Never serve it cold.
Do you make boards for events?
From 2 to 40 people. For more than 8, give us two days and tell us what nobody eats.
Is anything gluten-free or halal?
All our cured meats and cheese are gluten-free; the bread on the boards is not (we can leave it out). We do not stock halal products.
